About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Manage job postings and ensure role descriptions are accurate and engaging.
Conduct initial HR rounds to assess candidate suitability.
Assist in employer branding and talent engagement activities.
Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of proven recruitment experience (preferably in IT/Engineering/AEC domain – modify if you want specific).
Familiarity with sourcing tools and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
