Designation: Recruiter Location: Malad Employment Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities: 1) Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific needs, organizational culture, and role requirements. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract highly qualified candidates. Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to build a robust talent pipeline. 2) Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential. Present shortlisted candidates to clients or hiring managers with detailed evaluations and insights. 3) Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies. Ensure seamless communication between candidates and clients throughout the recruitment cycle. 4) Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment databases. Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational hiring standards. 5) Market Research and Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
