Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. * Develop and post job descriptions across job portals and social media. * Source candidates using databases, social media, referrals, and other sourcing techniques. * Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. * Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. * Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams. * Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress. * Handle negotiation and job offer processes. * Ensure timely and seamless onboarding of selected candidates. * Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation.
