Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Soft Skills and Product Trainer. The Soft Skills and Product Trainer will be responsible for delivering product training sessions, enhancing employees' soft skills, and developing comprehensive training programs. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting presentations, analyzing training effectiveness, and facilitating developmental workshops. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create engaging learning experiences. Requirements Product Training and Training & Development skills Strong Presentation and Communication skills Analytical skills to assess and enhance training effectiveness Ability to design engaging training programs and materials Experience in virtual training delivery is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field 2+ years of experience in training delivery, preferably in a corporate or product-oriented environment.
