Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter Intern to assist primarily with scheduling and lining up candidates for interviews. You will act as the key point of contact between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth and timely coordination throughout the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Communicate with candidates to confirm interview dates, times, and locations Send reminders and follow-ups to candidates and interviewers Maintain accurate records of interview schedules and candidate statuses Provide timely updates to the recruitment team on interview progress Assist with basic candidate communication such as acknowledgment emails Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks related to candidate scheduling          Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resources or related fields 0 years of recruiting experience preferred Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work well with people at all levels. Attention to detail and punctuality Professional and polite phone and email etiquette Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, Google Calendar) Eagerness to learn and take initiative
