What You’ll Do Connect with potential homebuyers to understand their needs — from budget to location. Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable property options. Identify and qualify genuine leads, ensuring accurate data entry in our CRM. Share valuable customer insights with the Sales team in real time. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure an exceptional customer journey. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline day-to-day operations. Reach out to prospects and existing clients with updates on projects and services. Build or enhance your knowledge of Bangalore’s localities and real estate trends. Transfer qualified leads to the field sales team as required. Guide and support Customer Support Executives with a proactive attitude. Address customer queries and ensure prompt, effective resolutions. Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and sales activities. Clearly explain property details and communicate Homes247.in’s unique value proposition. What We’re Looking For Candidates with backgrounds in credit card sales, insurance, or banking are strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
