HR Recruiter

Greetings Candidate, We are 20 yrs old diagnostic centre with 10 branches across Mumbai . We do all inhouse test - pathology,radiology,stress test , ecg , etc . We are urgently hiring recruiter with minimum - 1 year experience .preferably from healthcare industry Key roles and responsibilities Talent acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.  Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a strong candidate pool.  Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels.  Candidate screening and selection: Write and post compelling job descriptions across multiple platforms.  Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.  Conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.  Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.  Process management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to the final job offer.  Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using an applicant tracking system (ATS).  Provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates on the status of applications.  Offer and onboarding: Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, with selected candidates.  Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.  Assist with the onboarding process, helping new hires integrate into the company culture.  Strategic and administrative support: Perform background and reference checks on final candidates.  Stay current on hiring trends, best practices, and relevant employment laws.  Help build and promote the company's employer brand.  Job timings : Monday to Saturday - 10 am to 6 pm Location :kandivali west - satya nagar Interested Candidate may send resume - hr@healthcarediag.com www.healthcarediag.com
