We are seeking a talented and experienced female HR Recruiter to join our team and help us attract and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various positions. Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms, ensuring they are attractive and aligned with the company’s brand. Counseling: Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, addressing their queries and helping them understand the role and company culture. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics to track progress and improve processes. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually refine strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in [Consultancy or Company]. Strong counseling skills and ability to engage with candidates effectively. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
