Job Description

Talent Acquisition Strategy: Developing plans to attract candidates, using various channels like job sites, social media, and networking. Sourcing & Screening: Finding, reviewing, and filtering candidates based on skills and qualifications, often using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Candidate Management: Serving as the main point of contact, scheduling interviews, and providing updates to candidates and managers. Interviewing: Conducting initial interviews, assessing cultural fit, and coordinating subsequent interviews with hiring managers. Offer & Onboarding: Negotiating salary, conducting background checks, and ensuring new hires integrate well. Employer Branding: Promoting the company as a great place to work to attract long-term talent. Data & Reporting: Maintaining candidate records, tracking recruitment metrics (cost/time per hire), and reporting on progress.
