Your primary responsibilities will include screening resumes, conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews, extending job offers, and maintaining candidate records in the applicant tracking system. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with proven experience as an HR Recruiter. Strong communication skills, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, and knowledge of recruitment best practices are essential.
