Job Description

As a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter cum Coordinator, your role will involve supporting the recruitment lifecycle and performing coordination tasks to ensure smooth operations across hiring and onboarding processes. You should be enthusiastic about talent acquisition, highly organized, and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing suitable candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases - Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate fit - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams - Update and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Support bulk hiring or campus recruitment drives, including event coordination - Prepare offer letters and handle communication with selected or rejected candidates In terms of coordination and administration, you will be responsible for: - Maintaining recruitment trackers and dashboards to monitor hiring progress - Coordinating pre-boarding and onboarding documentation including ID proofs, forms, and verifications - Liaising with internal departments (IT, Admin, Finance) for employee onboarding arrangements - Managing calendars and interview schedules efficiently - Drafting HR communications and supporting general administrative activities as needed - Assisting in organizing HR events, induction programs, and training sessions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 01 year of relevant experience in recruitment or HR operations - Good understanding of basic HR and recruitment processes - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with ATS tools is an advantage This job will require you to utilize skills such as bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, recruitment, communication, and resume screening effectively to excel in your role.,
