About the Role

We are looking for a talented and energetic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding. You’ll play a key role in building a strong team and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain a strong candidate database and manage the hiring pipeline.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and share regular hiring reports.

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration.
• 1–4 years of experience in HR recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
