The role involves planning and executing campus recruitment drives, building strong college relationships, and sourcing top talent for the organization. Key Responsibilities Identify and coordinate with arts & science, ITI Institutions and diploma colleges across South India for campus hiring. Plan and organize campus drives, including pre-placement talks, aptitude tests, group discussions, interviews, and final selections. Build and maintain relationships with college placement officers, training and placement cells, and student groups. Collaborate with internal departments to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Maintain a campus hiring calendar and ensure timely execution of drives.Screen and shortlist candidates; schedule and conduct interviews. Maintain accurate data and generate reports on campus hiring outcomes. Represent the company brand professionally to attract top-tier talent.Ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates and coordinate with HR operations.Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred.2–5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in campus hiring.
