At Get Closers, we help Coaches and EdTech Founders hire top 1% Sales Talent and build AI-driven Sales Systems. We’re not just another recruitment agency — we build sales teams that perform, stay, and scale. Now, we’re looking for an HR Recruiter who knows how to hire right, manage talent, and build a strong internal culture — someone who treats recruitment like leadership, not admin work. Role Overview You’ll be responsible for: Recruiting closers, appointment setters, and sales professionals for our clients (mainly Coaches, Consultants & EdTech Founders). Managing and developing the internal HR & recruitment team. Building and maintaining a solid hiring process, performance system, and culture. Acting as the bridge between clients and our delivery team to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding. This is a Work-from-Home role for the next 3 months, with potential for long-term full-time continuation based on performance. Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client needs deeply — both skills and mindset fit. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates effectively (not just forward resumes). Lead HR operations — onboarding, documentation, and retention. Manage internal recruiters and support staff to hit hiring goals. Build systems and processes for predictable hiring pipelines. Maintain reports and weekly updates to management. Ensure every hire adds to company culture, not just headcount. Who You Are (Ideal Profile)2+ years experience in end-to-end recruitment (sales hiring preferred). Strong background in team management or HR leadership. Knows how to build and sustain performance-driven culture. Understands human psychology and can assess more than just “experience.” High ownership — you don’t wait for instructions; you make things happen. Excellent communication and English proficiency. Experience working with coaches, startups, or EdTech companies is a plus. Work From Home: Initial 3 months Growth Path: Potential to become Head of HR / Talent Acquisition Lead within 6–12 months.
