HR Recruiter

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing a wide range of human resources activities and programs, including End to End Recruitment, employee relations, performance management and training. This role ensures the smooth operation of HR processes while supporting the overall goals and objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Staffing:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Post job openings on various job boards and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding new employees.
• Coordinate with external agencies for talent sourcing.
• Scheduling and coordinating the interviews of the candidates with the panel / clients (offsite and onsite).
• Database Management
• Responsible for the Joining Process and the entire On-Boarding process
• Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and concerns.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in an HR role .
• Required Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
