Key Responsibilities: 2D Drafting & Documentation: Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, and furniture layouts using AutoCAD. Generate construction drawings and technical details for execution teams. Coordination & Revisions: Modify drawings as per design revisions, site conditions, or consultant inputs. Coordinate with vendors and execution teams for measurement-based drawings. Site Support & Surveys: Visit sites to take accurate measurements and prepare As-Built drawings. Ensure alignment between site conditions and drawing details. Drawing Management: Maintain a structured drawing log and version history. Organize project folders and ensure timely updates to all documentation. Key Skills Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting) Knowledge of interior design layouts, furniture detailing, civil/electrical plans Ability to interpret architectural sketches and site measurements Precision, time management, and attention to detail Familiarity with MS Office and PDF markup tools Educational Qualification: Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Drafting Technology Minimum 1–3 years of experience in interior, architectural, or civil drafting Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 15/05/2025

Develop walkthroughs and animations for client presentations. Technical Drafting: Prepare detailed working drawings, plans, elevations, and sections. Coordinate with architects and interior designers to translate concepts into executable drawings. Site Coordination: Make revisions based on site changes and consultant feedback. Maintain drawing logs and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Material & Furniture Representation: Accurately represent materials, lighting, textures, and finishes. Ensure all modular furniture, false ceiling, and lighting details are clearly drafted. Software Usage: Use tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Photoshop.
