Job Title: HR Recruitment Specialist Department: Human Resources Location: Ahmedabad Reports To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding top talent. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements. Develop and post job descriptions on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases. Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates (e.g., LinkedIn, networking, referrals). Attend and represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other hiring events. Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reports. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. [1–3] years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (for entry/mid-level roles). Knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever). Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple open roles and meet hiring deadlines. High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications:Experience recruiting for [industry-specific] roles (e.g., IT, finance, healthcare). Familiarity with employment laws and best practices. Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS).
