HR Recruiter

Job Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Social media, etc.)
Draft professional recruiting emails for passive candidates
Screen resumes & application forms
Conduct interviews (telephonic / video / in-person)
Publish job openings on internal & external job portals
Provide shortlisted profiles to hiring managers
Handle job offers & queries on compensation and benefits
Maintain recruitment trackers and organize resume database
Ensure smooth end-to-end hiring process

Required Skills & Expertise

Proven experience in HR recruitment or similar role
Hands-on experience with ATS & resume databases
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and referral programs
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation & conflict-resolution abilities
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office
High integrity, professionalism & confidentiality

Qualification

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / related field
