HR Recruiter

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to evaluating and interviewing them. Your role will be crucial in establishing a robust talent pipeline to address the staffing requirements of the organization. Your main duties will include handling all recruitment activities such as posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings and interviews, and selecting suitable candidates for various positions. You will need to develop effective sourcing strategies utilizing job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Coordinating interviews with hiring managers, maintaining candidate communication throughout the process, and creating a database of qualified candidates will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to update job descriptions based on organizational and departmental needs, conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability, negotiate salaries, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies during recruitment, and participating in employer branding initiatives are also key aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, familiarity with various sourcing techniques, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of labor legislation would be advantageous. Preferred skills for this role include problem-solving and decision-making abilities, as well as strong time management and organizational skills.
