Job Description: HR Recruiter

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Budget: Upto 3.6 LPA

Employee Location: Kanpur / Lucknow (Ready to relocate after 3 - 6 months on-site at Kanpur)

About the Role:

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates from multiple platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
Screen and evaluate applicants based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
Support the HR team in additional recruitment and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

MBA in HR (Mandatory for freshers).
0–2 years of recruitment or HR experience (freshers with strong interest in HR may apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment.
