Role Overview

highly connected HR Recruiter Business Development professional

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Client Relations

    • Leverage existing networks across USA, UK, Canada, and the Middle East to onboard new clients.
    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to understand ongoing hiring and business needs.
    • Generate business leads, partnerships, and recruitment mandates from global clients.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

    • Source, screen, and close

      510 roles per month for international clients

       across diverse sectors.
    • Work extensively with

      leading job portals and recruitment websites

       to identify and attract top talent.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.
    • Partner with clients to deliver quality candidates within tight timelines.
  • Market Expansion & Strategy

    • Act as a bridge between overseas clients and internal HR/delivery teams.
    • Develop recruitment strategies tailored for global markets (USA, UK, Canada, Middle East).
    • Keep abreast of international hiring trends, talent pools, and compensation benchmark

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

     510 years in

    HR Recruitment + Business Development

     with proven international exposure.
  • Track Record:

     Ability to consistently

    close 510 roles per month for overseas clients.

  • Job Portals:

     Strong working knowledge of multiple recruitment/job websites (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

  • Skills:

    • Excellent

      communication skills

       (verbal & written).
    • Adaptability

       to work with diverse clients and cultures across time zones.
    • Strong negotiation, client handling, and recruitment closure abilities.
    • Ability to work independently in a hybrid NCR-based role.

  • Education:

     MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
  • Other Attributes:

     Entrepreneurial mindset, target-driven, relationship-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced global environments.
