HR Recruiter

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    complete recruitment process

    for sourcing the best talent for the company within set timelines.
  • Search for suitable candidates as per the company's requirements.
  • Source and screen candidates

    through various channels, including

    job portals, social platforms, professional networking, headhunting, and campus recruitment

  • Conduct initial

    candidate screening

    and assist in all recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate with candidates and HR

    to schedule interviews and follow up regularly.
  • Maintain contact with offered candidates until their joining date and ensure all formalities are completed.
  • Communicate with all candidates on a regular basis, providing a positive experience.

What You Will Bring: Qualifications

Education:

  • MBA, MIB, or PGDM
