HR Recruiter

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

Manage the
complete recruitment process
for sourcing the best talent for the company within set timelines.
Search for suitable candidates as per the company's requirements.
Source and screen candidates
through various channels, including
job portals, social platforms, professional networking, headhunting, and campus recruitment
.
Conduct initial
candidate screening
and assist in all recruitment processes.
Coordinate with candidates and HR
to schedule interviews and follow up regularly.
Maintain contact with offered candidates until their joining date and ensure all formalities are completed.
Communicate with all candidates on a regular basis, providing a positive experience.

What You Will Bring: Qualifications

Education:

MBA, MIB, or PGDM
candidates are eligible to apply.

Skills & Experience:

Excellent
communication skills

Strong familiarity with
HR policies and Company's Act
