Job Description

As an HR Recruiter at Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be focused on recruitment-related tasks to help build a strong and capable workforce. Ideal candidates for this role will have prior experience in recruitment agencies or placement consultancies, enabling them to efficiently source, screen, and close various roles. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting end-to-end recruitment for positions across different departments - Utilizing job portals, social media, references, and field visits for candidate sourcing - Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews - Coordinating interviews with department heads - Following up with candidates until their joining formalities are completed - Maintaining recruitment trackers and generating reports - Facilitating a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with the HR operations team Qualifications: - Graduate or Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment - Prior experience in placement agencies or recruitment consultancies will be advantageous - Proficiency in English (spoken and written) - Target-oriented, proactive, and well-organized - Strong communication and coordination skills - Familiarity with MS Office tools, including Excel and Word If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact us at 9171200097.
