Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT Recruitment) Urgent Requirement Location: Parle Point, Surat Experience Required: 1 Year (IT Recruitment) Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month Time: 9:30Am to 6:30Pm Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various and smooth recruitment process and great candidate experience. *Required Skills & Qualifications: ^Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. ^Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment. ^Good understanding of IT job roles and technologies. ^Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ^Proficiency in using job portals and LinkedIn for sourcing. ^Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
