HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Vashi Employment Type: Full-time About the Role:We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The role involves handling the entire recruitment cycle, from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding the right talent. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, knowledge of recruitment tools, and the ability to close positions within deadlines. Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding). Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements. Draft and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company channels. Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other innovative methods. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads. Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements. Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports. Requirements & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–4 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter (in-house or consultancy). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, networking). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple open positions and meet deadlines. Familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
