HR Recruiter

We’re Hiring: Recruiter (0.6 – 1 Year Experience)

Location: Gurugram

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring, blue-collar, white-collar, and IT roles. The ideal candidate should be presentable, have strong communication skills, and be familiar with sourcing strategies via major job portals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage bulk hiring across various functions (blue-collar, white-collar, IT)

Post and manage job listings on platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Maintain a database of candidates and ensure timely follow-ups

Work under set hiring targets and deadlines

Ensure excellent candidate experience and communication

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience

Hands-on experience in bulk hiring

Exposure to blue-collar, white-collar, and IT recruitment

Must be presentable with excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)

Experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment
