* Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions.* Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.* Utilize various platforms to attract and engage with potential candidates.* Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation.* Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring an efficient recruitment pipeline.
Qualifications:
* Post Graduate Fresher /Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.* Excellent communication and organizational skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
