We are looking for a proactive and self-driven HR Recruiter with a strong background in IT recruitment, who can join immediately. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for a wide range of technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT positions.
• Source potential candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent.
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (must-have).
• Strong knowledge of technical roles and IT terminology.
• Excellent sourcing skills using various platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple IT requirements independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
