HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements from clients and hiring managers.
Source candidates using various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other job portals.
Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on their experience, skills, and suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Ensure timely delivery on open mandates.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in any field.
1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or agency environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
