Job Description

· Recruitment and Hiring: Should be able to do job postings on various job portals, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions, preferably with IT background · Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies. · Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment. · Performance Management: Assisting with performance evaluations, feedback, and goal-setting for employees. · Onboarding and Offboarding: Assisting with the onboarding of new employees and the offboarding of departing employees. · HR Administration: Maintaining accurate employee records and handling other HR administrative tasks. Additional Responsibilities: · Policy Development: Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies. · Legal Compliance: Staying up-to-date on changes in labour laws and ensuring company compliance. · Data Analysis: Analysing HR data to identify trends and improve HR practices. · Communication: Communicating HR policies and procedures to employees. · Collaboration: Working collaboratively with other departments to achieve company goals.
