We are looking for a proactive and skilled Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Ahmedabad. In this role, youll manage the full recruitment lifecyclesourcing, screening, and onboardingto ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for hiring Optometrist/Store manager and Sales Associates for
Gujarat & MPCG location
Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Build relationships with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report on hiring metrics.
Should be open for travelling to campus hiring/stores for walkin interviews & other HR Field activity

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
4+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in bulk hiring.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Good with email writing
Possess knowledge in MS Excel.
