We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our organization in an individual contributor capacity. The role requires hands-on management of both recruitment and HR operations, along with coordination of select administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should bring a high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, preferably with experience in the real estate or construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Independently manage end-to-end recruitment activities via platforms such as Naukri.com and LinkedIn.
  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and deliver timely hiring outcomes.
  • Handle candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee inputs for monthly payroll, including attendance, leave records, and statutory requirements.
  • Support policy implementation and ensure procedural compliance across departments.

Administrative Coordination

  • Liaise with pantry, housekeeping, and facilities teams to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate food arrangements and cleaning schedules in alignment with business needs.
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for internal and external meetings, including client visits.

Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a dual-role HR position (recruitment + operations).
  • Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or a similar project-based industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment portals and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates absolute integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Additional Notes

  • This is currently an individual contributor role and does not include grievance handling or disciplinary proceedings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
