Job Description

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Plan and conduct employee onboarding, training, and development programs. Manage employee benefits and compensation programs. Oversee performance management and appraisal processes. Complete Payroll responsibility. Experience / Skills : Proven experience as an HR manager, generalist, or similar role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
