Job Description

Policy Development & Management
- Draft, review, and update organizational policies and procedures to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
- Maintain a central policy framework and ensure regular reviews and updates.

Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor and interpret changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Advise leadership and business units on compliance obligations and regulatory requirements.

Compliance Monitoring & Reporting
- Conduct compliance assessments, audits, and risk reviews across business areas.
- Identify and escalate areas of non-compliance, providing recommendations for remediation.
- Prepare reports for leadership and, where necessary, regulators.

Training & Awareness
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs and awareness campaigns.
- Support employees in understanding and applying policies in day-to-day activities.

Advisory & Collaboration
- Act as a subject matter expert on compliance and policy matters.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed compliance requirements into operations.
- Liaise with external regulators, auditors, and partners where appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate

5 to 8 years experience in compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs.
Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
English: Full professional proficiency is required. Other languages spoken in the respective region are an advantage. For the role supporting LATAM fluency in Spanish is required.
