Responsibility Recruitment Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, and offers). Coordinate smooth onboarding induction programs. Employee Engagement Culture: Design and execute engagement activities (Cultural events, recognition programs, and many more). Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture. HR Operations Compliance: Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HRMS updates. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, bonus, etc). Performance Management: Support appraisal cycles and performance review processes. Assist managers in creating growth development plans, including report generation. Policy Process Management: Draft, implement, and update HR policies SOPs Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Employee Relations: Address employee grievances with empathy and confidentiality Act as a bridge between employees and management. Requirements Bachelor s/Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in IT/Tech companies. Strong knowledge of recruitment, compliance, payroll, and engagement activities. Excellent communication interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office HR software tools. Problem-solving, adaptability, and a people-first approach.
