Job Description

• Job Title: HR Plant Head

Manpower Management
Ensure timely recruitment and deployment of manpower across departments
Supervise attendance, shift management, labor law compliance
Conduct regular training & skill development programs for shop floor teams
Production Oversight
Monitor daily production activities, targets, and quality compliance
Coordinate with PPC, QA, Maintenance, Purchase, and Warehouse teams
Handle machine utilization, cycle time analysis, and productivity tracking
Process Improvement
Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and cost reduction practices
Regular audits of plant practices and SOP adherence
Drive initiatives to reduce wastage, downtime, and process errors
People Leadership
Lead the plant HR & operations team with transparency and discipline
Resolve employee grievances in coordination with corporate HR
Ensure safety, motivation, and team engagement on the shop floor
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all statutory & factory compliance is maintained
Submit MIS reports to senior management
Handle audits, inspections, and safety drills as per norms

• Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (B.Tech/B.E. preferred); MBA/PG in HR or Operations a plus
Strong knowledge of plant HR functions, labor laws, and production systems
Ability to handle end-to-end plant operations independently
Hands-on experience in manufacturing setups (preferably cycles/gym equipment/Truss)
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
