Role Description

As an HR Payroll Implementation Executive, you will be responsible for implementing HRMS and payroll solutions for clients. This entails analyzing client requirements, configuring software, providing support during the implementation phase, and troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, the role involves client training on system usage and ensuring customer satisfaction through smooth project execution. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Payroll Software, HRMS Solutions, and Attendance Biometrics Systems
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, System Configuration, and Problem Solving
• Excellent Communication, Client Interaction, and Relationship Management skills
• Prior experience in HR or Payroll implementation is a plus
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
