📢 Job Opening: TallyPrime Support Executive Location: Mumbai (Dahisar East) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-3 Years (Freshers with strong knowledge can also apply) Salary: 2.4 Lakh to 5 Lakh Joining: Immediate preferred 🛠 Role & Responsibilities: Provide technical support and training for TallyPrime to clients. Resolve client queries related to Tally features, accounting, taxation, and software configuration. Assist in Tally installation , activation, license management, and data migration. Coordinate with internal teams to handle tickets, escalations, and client follow-ups . Maintain proper documentation of support activities and client interactions. Visit client sites when necessary for support or training sessions. Assist in UAT and implementation support, if required. ✅ Required Skills: Good knowledge of TallyPrime (Basic to advanced features). Understanding of GST, TDS, accounting principles , and inventory management. Strong communication and client-handling skills. Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 📚 Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) / or relevant field.
