HR Payroll Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process monthly salaries for employees across 7 manufacturing units accurately and on time.
• Manage

  Time and Attendance

  records, ensuring all inputs are updated for payroll.
• Handle

  statutory compliance

  including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and ensure accurate deductions and filings.
• Generate and distribute employee

  payslips

  confidentially and in a timely manner.
• Manage

  new joiner inputs

  and

  full & final settlements

  for exit formalities.
• Implement

  salary revisions

  and

  increment updates

  as per company policy.
• Prepare detailed

  payroll reports

  for internal use and management review.
• Support

  internal and external audits

  by providing required payroll data and documentation.
• Coordinate closely with

  HR, Finance, and Unit Heads

  to resolve payroll-related queries and ensure smooth processing.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience in handling end-to-end payroll (experience in a manufacturing setup is preferred)
• Good knowledge of

  statutory payroll compliances

  and labor laws
• Proficiency in

  payroll software

  and

  MS Excel

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Experience working with

  multi-unit payroll systems

  is an added advantage

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Finance, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)
• Minimum [X] years of relevant payroll experience
