HR Payroll & Client Servicing Executive

We are seeking a highly organized HR Payroll & Client Servicing Executive to handle payroll processing, employee onboarding, and HR documentation for multiple clients. The role requires strong attention to detail, statutory compliance knowledge, and the ability to manage 50 to 60 client accounts independently. Roles & Responsibilities: Client Payroll Management Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 5060 client accounts. Validate client-provided attendance, leave, overtime, and incentive data. Ensure accurate salary computation, deductions, and reimbursements. Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Prepare and share payslips, salary statements, and payroll reports with clients. Client HR Operations Handle employee onboarding for client accounts. Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, employee agreements, and NDAs. Maintain employee master data and HR documentation for all assigned clients. Address client and employee queries regarding payroll, compliance, and HR policies. Compliance & Reporting File statutory returns (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.) on behalf of clients. Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies across all accounts. Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly MIS reports to clients and management. Support audits by providing payroll and compliance data. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRMS, and MS Excel. Familiarity with labor laws, tax, and statutory compliance. Ability to manage high-volume client portfolios (50–60 accounts). Strong client-handling and communication skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or Business Administration. 3–5 years of proven experience in payroll processing & client servicing. Hands-on experience with payroll software (GreytHR, Zoho, SAP, etc.) preferred. Experience in managing multiple clients/accounts is a must.
