About the Role

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Draft and update job descriptions for various roles.
Manage the complete recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, conducting interviews, and hiring recommendations.
Coordinate candidate progression through interview rounds and follow-ups until joining.
Oversee documentation, induction, and training for new joiners, ensuring they understand company policies.
Act as a bridge between employees and management to maintain high morale and performance.
Administer employee benefits programs and address related employee queries.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including employee onboarding, payroll master setup, and full & final settlements.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with applicable labor and employment laws.

Candidate Requirements

Experience:
Minimum 3–4 years in recruitment & payroll (FMCG industry experience preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral).
High degree of confidentiality and integrity.
Sound knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
