What Were Looking ForDegree in BBA/MBA (HR or related) with 2-4 years of relevant HR operations experience.Strong understanding of HR practices and the employee lifecycle.Skilled with HRMS platforms and comfortable with MS Office tools.Excellent communication skills paired with confidentiality and attention to detail.A proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of background verification processes is a plus.
