HR Operations (Off role)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Background Verification

• Initiate and coordinate background verification checks for new hires through external agencies.
  
• Track status of checks and ensure timely closure.
  
• Maintain records and escalate red flags as per company policy.
  

2. Onboarding

• Coordinate with new joiners for smooth onboarding experience.
  
• Schedule induction sessions, prepare onboarding kits, and ensure timely access to systems.
  
• Provide necessary HR briefings and ensure completion of induction feedback forms.
  

3. Document Verification

• Collect, review, and verify candidate documents including educational, experience, ID, and address proof.
  
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents before onboarding.
  
• Flag discrepancies and follow up for resolution.
  

4. Joining Formalities

• Manage Day 1 formalities including joining forms, declaration forms, and statutory submissions.
  
• Ensure timely generation of employee code and creation of personal files.
  

5. HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and update HR systems with accurate data.
  
• Support in issuing employment letters, ID cards, and HR-related documents.
  
• Assist in internal audits and ensure compliance with HR processes and documentation.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Knowledge of HRMS systems and Excel
  
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  
• Familiarity with labor laws and onboarding compliance (preferred)
