Key Accounts Manager- Ecommerce

We are looking or KAM-E-com for Dabur -retail venture i. e H&B stores ltd. (100% subsidiary of Dabur India. (www.newu.in) Job Responsibilities Responsible for managing growth on the e-commerce platforms like- Nykaa, Purplle Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other marketplaces including D2C site. Achieving sales target for E-commerce Division as outlined by the Management Digital Marketing for D2C site to maximize the sale. Coordination with external Performance Marketing Agency Negotiate profitable terms with alliance & affiliate partners Develop the online vertical for our product category by leveraging key partnerships with prominent E Commerce partners Responsible for the complete PL, Sales, Operations, Inventory, pricing and gross margins. Responsible for developing the Sales targets with E Commerce portals and making 360 degree marketing plan to achieve the same Prepare the Annual online marketing budget for the e-commerce partner Strategically driving sales and brand growth on the e-commerce platforms and achieving the revenue target Owning sales spends & strategically planning on various platforms & own website Strategic inputs into improving sale & growth on various platforms & own website Owning pricing and discount strategies & new launches on various platforms Ensuring the product catalogue quality Onboarding new marketplaces Co-ordination with various internal & external stakeholders to achieve business goals Recommend e-commerce (online ) store promotions in consultation with the brand team and e-commerce portal. Ensure that all communication material required for the promotions is developed, designed within the time frame specified. Recommend events specific to brand, product category and season. Ensure the listing of all live stock on the e-commerce portal. Desired Candidate Profile Candidate must have good experience in Beauty & personal care Industry. Candidate also have good communication skill & Leadership skill. Candidate should be having vast experience as Head of ecommerce in Retail e commerce business. Having an experience in beauty e commerce business.
