Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Employee Lifecycle Management:

    Oversee and manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding and recruitment to offboarding and employee record maintenance.

  • Compensation & Benefits:

    Administer and maintain employee benefits programs and compensation plans to ensure fair and competitive practices.

  • Compliance & Policy Enforcement:

    Ensure adherence to hospital HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws and healthcare regulations.

  • Employee Relations:

    Address employee inquiries, grievances, and disputes to foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • HR Systems & Reporting:

    Manage and utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate records and prepare reports on HR metrics and operational performance.

  • HR Initiatives:

    Support the development and implementation of HR projects, such as employee engagement programs and performance appraisal systems.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work with department heads and other hospital stakeholders to align HR strategies with overall operational goals and improve efficiency.
