Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Handle the end-to-end hiring process for different positions. Screen resume, coordinate interview & onboard.
  • Field sales tracking: Monitor field sales team’s daily activities & attendance. Track performance and maintain regular reports.
  • Payroll & salary management: Prepare monthly salary sheets for employees. Ensure accurate calculations based on attendance & performance.
  • Lead generation: Generate leads for school camps & marketing activities. Support field sales team with prospective client data.
  • Data management & reporting: Maintain and analyze data in Excel & Google Sheets. Prepare reports & presentations using MS Office & Google Docs.
  • Miscellaneous tasks: Support management in daily operational activities. Coordinate with the team for a smooth workflow.
