We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented process coordinator intern who can monitor workflows, track execution, and ensure smooth coordination between teams. This role will give you exposure to real business operations, people management, and process optimization.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Checking if all data is collected and ensuring correctness.
Tracking each step of the workflow and identifying delays or deviations.
Following up with Team Leaders/Supervisors and politely reminding them of daily targets.
Coordinating with the DOER (team member executing the task) and escalating if required.
Raising Help Tickets (H.T.), assigning them to the right person, and following up until the issue is resolved.
Taking confirmation from the team once issues are closed.
Preparing reports and maintaining process compliance.
