HR Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Handle end-to-end background verification (BGV) processes.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and statutory compliance.
  • Maintain employee records and generate HR MIS reports.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and internal stakeholders.
  • Support HR policies, audits, and engagement initiatives.

What Were Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Good understanding of BGV, recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
