RESPONSIBILITIES:

End-to-End Payroll Management:
Oversee and manage all aspects of payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
HR Systems & Records:
Maintain and manage employee records and HR systems.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements:
Ensure the smooth implementation and adherence to all HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements, including
Provident Fund (PF)

Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)

Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)

Performance Monitoring:
Monitor key HR and payroll metrics to ensure efficiency and compliance.
