Job Description

Job Title: HR Operations Executive


Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle attendance management, leave tracking, and related documentation.
  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR operations.
  • Address employee queries promptly and professionally.


Requirements:


  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in HR Operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR management tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
